For almost ten years, business owner Jon Kay and his team of 20 staff at Camp Tails Doggy Daycare have been providing an award-winning level of care and support to dogs in and around Bury St Edmunds. Established with the vision of providing a service beyond that of just dog daycare, Jon has seen the business grow fast in clients, services and staff. As part of his amazing business venture, he has also picked up local and national business awards including Best New Start Up, Newcomer Apprenticeship Employer and a National Great British Entrepreneur award.

Jon’s business journey started in 2016 as a franchised entity. Fast forward two years and the chance to move away to be an independent business became possible. At this point Jon was able to decide on his own accountants rather than the company he had to use as part of his franchise agreement.
