Gascoynes are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Gillis as Chairman of the company. Neil has had a long and varied business career.
Neil originally came to East Anglia when he was appointed as Managing Director of the Linda McCartney food business. He then went on to become Managing Director of the Greene King Pub business, CEO of the European luxury health club chain Esporta and then CEO of Blacks Leisure PLC.
In his non-executive career he has held a number of roles including as Chairman of Duchy Originals (the food business of HRH the Prince of Wales), Chairman of Sequence Care (an adult learning disabilities company) and Chairman of 37 Degrees (a London based luxury health club chain).
Neil is currently Chairman of Sleeperz (a boutique hotel chain), Chairman of Miles and Barr (a Kent based property business) and Chairman of Beddlestead (a premium wedding venue business). Neil is also a trustee of a local charity, The Rosetta Trust, and a Governor at Culford School
